We are a San Rafael electrical crew that keeps Marin construction sites powered, lit, cooled, connected and watched.
Who we are
Marin Temporary Power is set up so a builder can make one call and get a permitted temp pole, a generator, lights and the rest of the site gear from the same people, without juggling four vendors. We are licensed C-10 electrical contractors, and we do the permit filing, PG&E paperwork, install and removal ourselves. Our crews know Marin’s hills, flood zones and fire season because this is where we work every day.

Power first
Temp poles are the core of the business. Services range from a small 100A single-phase pole to a 400A three-phase setup. We build each one with a meter base, a GFCI panel and proper grounding, and see it through inspection and the PG&E meter set.
The gear around it
Most sites need more than a pole. We rent diesel and gas generators, LED and solar light towers, spot coolers and heaters, camera trailers and site internet kits, and we install and service all of it.
Built for Marin
Steep lots, long cable runs, narrow roads and PSPS shutoffs are part of nearly every job here. We plan for them on the first site walk instead of finding out on install day.
